Ingredients 8

• 16 oz dark or semisweet chocolate
• 8 oz white chocolate, divided
• Purple and green gel food coloring (oil-based/candy colors work best)
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 2-3 candy canes, crushed
• Black & white sprinkles plus orange pumpkin sprinkles
• 6-8 white chocolate wafers or candy melts (Jack faces)
• Black decorating gel or edible marker

Steps 7

1. Line the pan with parchment, melt the dark chocolate and spread it.
2. Melt the white chocolate and set about a third aside.
3. Tint two small spoonfuls of the rest purple and green.
4. Dot white, purple and green over the dark chocolate and swirl with a toothpick.
5. Pipe a few curly spiral hills with the reserved plain white.
6. Press in the white wafers for Jack faces, then add marshmallows, candy canes and sprinkles.
7. Chill 30-40 min, draw on eyes and stitched grins, and break into pieces so each has a Jack.
