Ingredients 3
- 30 mL generic Mylanta or Maalox (shake first)
- 30 mL Children's Benadryl (generic is fine)
- 12 mL Anbesol
Steps 3
- Pour all three into a glass and stir well.
- Move it to a clean travel bottle and shake. It keeps 14 days in the fridge or at room temperature.
- Swish 5 mL, let a little trickle down your throat, and spit.
